Please do not include photos. Entry forms and stories will not be returned.

I have read all the Angel Animals Network (AAN) Dogs and the Women Who Love Them 2009 True Story Contest rules and regulations. I understand and have complied with these rules. As the author of the submitted story, I fully attest that the following is true and correct.

1. I have read, understand and agree fully to the official rules of the AAN Dogs and the Women Who Love Them True Story Contest and hereby request that you accept my story, evaluate and judge my story, of which I am the sole author and have exclusive rights and authority to submit the same upon terms and conditions stated here within.
2. I understand that AAN will not publish my story or any part of it except in connection with the AAN Dogs and the Women Who Love Them  True Story Contest, without first receiving my written permission.
3. I have retained copies of submitted material and I hereby release AAN of and from any and all liability for loss of or damage to the copy of said material submitted to AAN hereunder.
4. I understand the contest judges' decisions are final.
5. I understand that AAN is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate story information submitted to the AAN Dogs and the Women Who Love Them True Story Contest by contestants.
6. If more than one (1) party signs this agreement, then reference to "I" or "me" throughout this agreement what apply to each party: jointly or severally.
